1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. quick-cooking oats

Mix cocoa, milk, sugar, and butter. Bring to a boil and let boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and oats. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
