TUILLES 
1/3 c. + 1 tbsp. almonds, blanched, sliced
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. + 1 tsp. unsalted butter, patties
1 1/2 tsp. milk
1/3 c. + 1 tbsp. sugar

In a food processor, finely grate almonds and add flour. Blend well. Add butter, milk and sugar and blend for 8-10 seconds until a ball of dough forms. Brush parchment paper with cooking oil on both sides and place on baking sheet tray.

Divide dough into equally portioned balls about 2 1/2 inches round. Place balls on baking tray and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Dough should spread out like cookies. When they are lightly browned, remove them from oven and allow to set for a moment.
