CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Brown ground beef and onion together, drain. Grease 9x13 inch pan. Place cabbage, then ground beef and onion. Sprinkle with rice. Mix soup, water, seasonings in bowl. Pour over other ingredients. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
