SECRET HARBOR CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter

Bake 5 minutes.

FILLING:

1 lb. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
5 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Cream cheese, gradually beat in 3/4 cup sugar. Add eggs, beating well. Add vanilla and almond. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon almond extract, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread on cake. Bake for 5 minutes. Chill and serve.
