HOMEMADE CHILI 
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
2 (16 oz.) cans light red kidney beans
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1 lb. beef
1 tsp. salt

Brown beef in a large skillet and drain. In large kettle mix all ingredients. Heat until boiling, stirring occasionally.
