HOMEMADE CHILI 
2 lbs. chili meat
3 lg. Mexican chili pods
5 garlic cloves
1 tsp. cumin seed
1 tsp. red pepper
Salt
Pepper

Cook meat in 1/2 cup water to keep from sticking. Add salt and pepper to taste while meat is cooking. When meat is almost done, add water to amount desired for chili. Add ground chili pods and garlic, red pepper, and cumin seed to mixture. Watch or it will stick quick. Turn burner low as possible and simmer 1 hour.
