HOMEMADE CHILI 
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook onion, celery, and garlic in butter. Add meat and brown. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
