HOMEMADE CHILI
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. chili powder seasoning
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
3 drops Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1/4 c. bell pepper (if you like)

Brown together the ground beef, onion, garlic, and bell pepper if you like. Drain excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings (about 2/3 cup each). This is very good.
