HOMEMADE CHILI | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 clove garlic, minced 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, undrained 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder Lightly brown beef in skillet. Add onions and garlic. Simmer 10 minutes; drain fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
