HOMEMADE CHILI 
2 1/2 lbs. ground meat
6-8 cloves garlic, chopped fine
3 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. chopped parsley
8 tsp. hot chili powder
3 med. onions, chopped fine
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 piece bell pepper, chopped

Fry meat and onions; drain. Add remaining ingredients and cook over low to medium heat about 1 1/2 hours. Add a little water, if needed.
