WEST INDIES SALAD 
1 lb. lump crab meat (fresh or frozen)
1 med. onion, sliced thinly
4 oz. Wesson oil
3 oz. cider vinegar
1/2 c. (4 oz.) ice water

Marinate for at least 12 hours or more. Toss lightly before serving. Salt and pepper to taste.
