OLIVE BEEF SPREAD 
8 oz. cream cheese
5 tbsp. red wine
5 tbsp. sour cream (mayonnaise can be substituted)
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/3 c. stuffed olives, chopped
5 oz. smoked sliced beef, chopped

With mixer, mix wine and sour cream. Heat cream cheese two minutes on reheat in microwave. Mix into sour cream mixture. Stir in onion and olives. After chopping beef, place in boiling water to cover for 5 minutes. Drain well before adding to the rest. Serve with crackers. Excellent heated in microwave, too, before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
