1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. onion, chopped 1 1/2 tbsp. mustard 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained 4 oz. pkg. UNCOOKED egg noodles 1 can corned beef, crumbled 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded 3/4 c. rye bread crumbs, toasted 2 tbsp. butter, melted Mix soup, milk and onion and mustard. Grease baking dish. Add sauerkraut. Top with noodles. Put soup mixture over noodles. Sprinkle with beef. Add cheese. Stir together bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over top of cheese. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
