SUPERFAST BLACKBERRY COBBLER 
1/2 c. butter
1 can blackberries w/juice (about 2 c.)
1 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in 8 inch square baking pan in oven. Place blackberries and juice in small saucepan. Place over low heat until heated through.

Combine flour, sugar and milk in bowl; blend well. Pour into baking pan with melted butter; do not stir. Spoon blackberries and juice evenly over batter; do not stir. Bake 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with warm cream if desired.
