MUSHROOM DRESSING 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. mushrooms, chopped
3 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. onion juice
1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
broth or milk

Melt butter; saut mushrooms slightly. Add bread crumbs, onion juice, parsley, salt, pepper and celery salt. Add sufficient broth or milk to moisten and mix well.
