WATER CHESTNUT & MUSHROOM
DRESSING
 
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 can sliced/chopped water chestnuts
1 big (or 2 sm.) cans chopped mushrooms
Finely chopped giblets
2 pkgs. stuffing (1 cornbread & 1 plain bread)
1 to 1 1/2 c. giblet broth
2 sticks butter/oleo

In big bowl mix together celery, green pepper, onion, water chestnuts, mushrooms and giblets. In saucepan melt butter in broth. Stir in and toss lightly stuffings. Mix with vegetables. Bake in covered dish at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
