CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
1 egg, beaten
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) can corn (with juice)
1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (8 oz.) sour cream

Combine all ingredients and put in greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
