10 med. potatoes, boiled and sliced; mix with
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 lb. diced crisp fried bacon
1/4 c. bacon grease
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sour cream and chopped parsley

Bring flour, sugar, butter, salt, pepper and vinegar to boil. Mix rest of ingredients together. Sprinkle top with 1/2 bacon and parsley.
