FRUIT PIZZA 
1 egg
1 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour

Mix together the first 7 ingredients. Add flour and mix well. Put crust into an 11 x 15 x 2 cookie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool crust.

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 tub of Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
1 tsp. vanilla

Top this with choice of fruit. For one fruit, use 1 large can of chunked pineapple, drained real well. Reserve the juice for the glaze.

1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Pour while hot over the fruit pizza. Cool and serve.
