STUFFED SANDWICHES 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 c. chopped olives
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
18 hamburger buns

Brown ground beef with onion, drain excess fat. In bowl, combine cheese, eggs and olives. Stir in meat with onion, tomato sauce and garlic powder. Fill buns with mixture, wrap each in aluminum foil, place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Filling may be frozen or assembled sandwiches frozen before baking. Yield: 18 servings.
