FRENCH COFFEE CAKE 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add sour cream and baking soda (mixed). Blend in flour, baking powder and salt.

Grease pan. Pour some batter. Add some topping, alternate leaving some topping for last. Use angel food cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
