LINGUINI CARBONARA 
5 eggs
1 c. grated Parmesan
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
Black pepper
12 slices bacon, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 lb. linguini or spaghetti

Combine eggs, cheese, parsley and pepper in mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Saute bacon until crisp and onion until clear. Pour off most of the drippings and set aside. Cook linguini according to directions, don't drain in colander, pour off as much water as possible and quickly stir in your egg mixture, then your bacon mixture. 5 or 6 servings.
