MEXICAN CORN BREAD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, grated
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 (17 oz.) can of creamed corn

Mix cornmeal, salt, onions, cheese and peppers. Stir eggs into milk and add to this mixture. Add creamed corn and mix well. Pour 1/2 of corn mixture into 9x9 inch greased baking dish. Brown beef in taco seasoning mix and put on top. Cover with rest of corn mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
