Boil a 3 pound fryer. Meanwhile bake a corn bread (Jiffy mix is cheap and good). Crumble it up in a big mixing bowl and mix with it, 1 onion, diced and 2 hard boiled eggs crumbled; set aside. Combine cream of celery soup and cream of mushroom; set aside. (Salt and pepper to taste.) Cut up chicken and place on bottom of casserole dish. On top of chicken spread soup mixture. On top of that, the corn bread mixture. On top of everything pour 1/4 cup chicken broth. Cook uncovered 30 minutes at 400 degrees to a golden brown.
