CLAM CHOWDER 
1 med. onion
3-4 sm. pieces salt pork
1 can tomato soup
6 lg. potatoes
3 lbs. steamers

Steam clams, peel and chop. Simmer salt pork and onion. Keep juice from steamers. Put in 1 large pan. Add water for more juice. Add potatoes, onions and tomato soup. Cook until potatoes are tender.
