CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 c. milk
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. salad oil
4 tbsp. butter
Cinnamon
Brown or white sugar to put on rolled dough

Scald milk. When warm, add yeast and sugar. Mix in 1 1/2 cups flour. Use beater. When bubbly, add salt, eggs, oil. Mix; add remaining flour. Knead well. Let rise until double in greased bowl.

Knead dough. Roll out 1/4 inch thick. Spread soft butter over rolled dough. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon; roll like jelly roll. Seal edge with water. Cut; put dough into greased pan. Let rise. Bake at 350 degrees.
