SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. spinach, washed & torn
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
2 hard boiled eggs, cut up
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar or sugar substitute
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. chopped green or red onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Mix oil, sugar, salt, mustard and vinegar. Pour over spinach. Add eggs and onion. Toss and serve.
