SQUASH ITALIAN 
3 slices bacon
1 med. onion, chopped
3 med. yellow squash, sliced
2 med. zucchini, sliced
1 can stewed tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Fry bacon in large skillet until crisp. Set bacon aside and crumble. Saute onion in bacon drippings. Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
