HEAVENLY ORANGE FLUFF 
A delicious jellied salad to be cut in squares and served on a lettuce leaf. Marvelous for ladies luncheon.

2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 sm. can frozen orange juice
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1 c. milk
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped (low cal topping can be substituted)

Mix gelatin with water; stir in orange juice. Cool. Add oranges and pineapple. Pour into 13"x11" baking dish; chill until set. Beat pudding mix with milk until slightly firm; fold cream into pudding. Spread mixture on gelatin. Chill and cut into squares. Serve on lettuce leaf.
