CREAMY BAKED CHICKEN | |
4 chicken breasts, deboned 1 can cream of chicken soup 4 slices Swiss cheese 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. white wine or white cooking wine 1 c. herbed stuffing mix (Stove Top), finely crumbled Spray baking dish with Pam or oil. Place chicken breasts in baking dish. Place Swiss cheese slices on chicken. Mix cream of chicken with wine and pour over chicken. Sprinkle crumbs over cream of chicken mixture and drizzle butter over that. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, uncovered. |
