BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
8 chicken breasts
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. croutons or stuffing
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. white cooking wine

Debone and skin chicken breast. Form each breast into a roll and top with a slice of Swiss cheese. Mix stuffing with melted butter and place on top of cheese. Mix soup with wine (add water if necessary) and pour over chicken. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
