CHEESE AND BEER BAKE 
1 (16 inch) loaf Italian bread
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
About 1 1/4 c. beer

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut Italian bread in 18 slices. Place slices on large cookie sheet; bake 10-12 minutes until browned.

Meanwhile, grease 9x13 inch baking dish. Cut cheese in 18 slices. Sprinkle each bread slice with 1 tablespoon beer. Put bread and cheese in dish lengthwise in 2 rows, alternating bread and cheese slices, overlapping slightly; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
