APRICOT COBBLER 
Canned peaches, cherries, pineapple fine, too. Basic recipe makes 3 or 4 servings, use bread pan; 4 times for 12 servings, use 9"x13" pan.

Melt 1/4 cup butter in baking dish. Place 1/2 can peeled apricots on butter. Mix together:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk

Pour this mixture over apricots. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve warm.
