4 eggs, beaten well
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla or any other flavor
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
2 c. flour

Mix eggs and sugar. Add rest of ingredients. Grease aluminum ice cube trays or similar shaped trays. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before turning out of tray.

Frost with combination of confectioners' sugar and milk and the flavor of choice. Sprinkle with colored sprinkles. When completely cool, slice like an Italian cookie.
