ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 med. zucchini
3-4 potatoes
4-6 carrots
1 lb. ground beef, browned with lg. onion

Your choice: slice, dice or chop.

Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, basil, thyme, oregano, 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce, 1/2-1 teaspoon horseradish, 1 package Sloppy Joe mix and 1 pint tomatoes. Add all together in large long casserole dish. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
