MEXICALI SALAD 
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can kidney or pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 can mushrooms, drained (1/2 c. sliced fresh)
1 c. diced celery
1 c. bottled Italian salad dressing
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 8-10 servings.
