COCONUT CREAM PIE 
1 baked pie crust
2 boxes Jello cook and serve vanilla pudding and pie mix (cook per instructions for pies)
Whipped topping or whipped cream
3/4 c. coconut (flaked)

Put 3 tablespoons of coconut in a pie tin and brown slightly. This is to put on top of the whipped topping.

After pie mixture has come to a boil, add the 3/4 cup of coconut. Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice. Pour into cooled baked pie crust. Let cool for 3 hours. Add whipped cream or whipped topping over pie. Sprinkle the slightly-browned coconut on top.
