COCONUT CREAM PUDDING 
1 c. (8 oz.) commercial sour cream
1 c. milk
1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1 c. toasted coconut

Combine sour cream and milk. Stir in pudding. Blend until mixture is smooth and slightly thickened. Stir in coconut, reserving a few tablespoons for garnish. Chill 10-20 minutes until pudding sets. 4 servings.
