2 boxes frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 containers sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients and bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
