SCANDINAVIAN SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can French green beans, drained
1 sm. can pitted black olives, drained
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained & chopped
1 med. onion, sliced & separated into rings
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & sliced
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained

DRESSING:

1 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
Dash paprika

Mix dressing and pour over vegetables. Refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Will keep in refrigerator covered 1 week. Serves 10-12.
