SEA FOAM SALAD 
1 can pears (1 lb. 13 oz. size)
2 pkg. lime Jello
1 pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. cream
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Drain juice from pears. Heat 2 cups of juice to boiling. Pour over gelatin and stir until dissolved. Cool. Beat cream cheese and 2 tablespoons cream until smooth. Add gelatin mixture and beat until blended. Chill mixture until partly thickened. Fold in well drained and mashed pears and also fold in whipped cream. Let set.
