SAUERKRAUT SUPRISE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar

3 eggs one at a time

1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. of water
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa powder

1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained, rinsed and finely snipped

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
