BURRITOS 
2 lb. ground beef or turkey
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
12 flour tortillas

Brown ground meat in skillet. Remove with slotted spoon. Drain off grease, leaving small amount to brown onion and garlic. Add meat, tomato sauce and chilies. Simmer uncovered until liquid is evaporated.

Place 1/4 cup meat mixture in bottom of each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and roll, folding in sides. Place in 9x13 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle top with additional shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with sour cream, salsa, refried beans and Spanish rice.
