GRITS CASSEROLE 
1 c. dry grits
1 stick butter
1 stick garlic cheese
2 eggs, well beaten

Prepare grits according to directions on box. Add butter and garlic cheese. Stir until melted. Add eggs. Add dash of pepper if desired. Brown in oven, after you have preheated oven to 350-375 degrees. Great with ham or brunches.
