DICIE'S SPECIAL 
3 lbs. lean stew meat
2 lg. onions, cut up
1 bell pepper, cut up
5 lg. carrots, cut up
3 lg. potatoes, cut up
1 qt. canned tomatoes
2 cans English peas
1 can French onion soup
Bacon drippings
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder

Season meat to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Roll in flour and brown in hot drippings. Add 1 quart water, onions, bell pepper, carrots, potatoes and tomatoes. Cook until done. Add peas and French onion soup; simmer 5 minutes. Can be served with corn bread.
