GRECIAN RICE 
2 c. quick Minute Rice
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. parsley
1 can chicken broth plus enough water to equal 2 c.
2 tbsp. butter

Stir quick rice, butter, broth and lemon juice in a skillet. Bring to a boil. Cook until water is absorbed, and then add parsley.
