FRUIT SALAD 
1 1/2 doz. oranges
4 grapefruit
2 cans chunk pineapple (drained, save juice)
1 sm. bottle maraschino cherries
2 cans fruit cocktail
Bananas
1 pt. whipping cream

Pineapple Sauce:

1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. flour

Mix sauce consisting of pineapple juice, sugar, beaten egg and flour. (Mix flour with a little juice so it isn't lumpy.) Cook until thickened. COOL.

While sauce is cooling, cut sections of oranges and grapefruit. Let drain. Drain pineapple, maraschino cherries, and fruit cocktail. Mix all fruit together. Whip cream, add cooled sauce and then add to the mixed fruit. Add bananas before serving. Serves 30 people.
