APPLE TEA 
Cheap and delicious, not to mention how healthy it is.

1 apple, peeled
1 tsp. sugar (or Splenda)
ground cinnamon, to taste
1 cup water

Pare one apple and put peels in small pan with 1 cup of water, sugar and cinnamon. Bring to quick boil then let simmer for a few minutes. Use the rest of the apple in a salad.

When you are done eating and you want to sit and enjoy a cup of tea, strain the tea into a mug and relax.
