TUNA BURGERS | |
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained 1/2 c. finely, chopped celery 1/3 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. minced onion 2 tbsp. chili sauce 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 c. cracker crumbs 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 4 hamburger buns or spoon into pita rounds Stir together first 6 ingredients; shape into four patties. Coat with cracker crumbs. In skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add patties and fry about 5 minutes, turning to brown both sides. Note: These patties tend to fall apart, so pita bread might be best. |
