VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 head cauliflower, cut in bite sized pieces
1 bunch broccoli, cut in bite sized pieces
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
10 oz. frozen peas
1 bunch green onions, sliced
Sm. can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 c. diced Mozzarella cheese

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt

Mix dressing ingredients and toss well with salad ingredients just before serving.
